Membership

While meetings of CDF: Greater Phoenix Chapter are always open to everyone, we do encourage membership. It is through the financial support and volunteer effort of membership that we all work together to achieve our common goals.

Two options of membership are available. You will become a member of our local support group, CDF: Greater Phoenix Chapter, through either one of the following options. In either case, please make your check out to Celiac Disease Foundation.

OPTION 1: Join both Celiac Disease Foundation and CDF: Greater Phoenix Chapter.

Your $40 annual membership dues to CDF AND a filled out membership form for CDF: Greater Phoenix Chapter will make you a member of BOTH the national organization and our local support group, as well. By joining through the national organization, you get the benefit of also receiving a very helpful packet on Celiac Disease and gluten free lifestyle information as well as the informative CDF quarterly newsletters. Go to the CDF web site for more details. Your tax deductible gift joins with others to help accomplish the worthwhile goals of both the national and local organizations. All you need to do is send us your $40 CDF national membership dues along with your local CDF: Greater Phoenix Chapter membership form. Mail these in to our membership director (address indicated on the form).

OPTION 2: Join only CDF: Greater Phoenix Chapter.

You may choose to join only CDF: Greater Phoenix Chapter. Dues are $20 annually. Benefits of local membership includes a packet of catalogs from companies specializing in gluten free foods, information on living the gluten free lifestyle, lending privileges in our library of resources on gluten free living, voting privileges and the ability to serve as an officer. Being a CDF:GPC member supports your local group's goals of Celiac awareness and support in the Greater Phoenix area. All you need to do is print off a CDF:GPC membership form and send your $20 dues to our membership director (address indicated on the form).

(You can direct any membership questions to Diane Lake.)
